The Rümi Customer Care and Happiness Centre is seeking a dedicated Customer Happiness Advisor. This role involves managing customer service duties, such as addressing customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively meet and resolve customer needs.

The Role

This role focuses on helping ATCOenergy customers love the places they live and work. As we continue to grow, our Happiness Advisors will be cross trained to handle the needs of both Rümi Products & Services and ATCOenergy clients. Our operations span 6 days a week and we’re looking for flexible team players to join us!

On a daily basis you’ll…

Be the direct support line for customers via multiple channels including phone, chat, and email Engage with customers regarding their energy bill and identify solutions that enhance customer happiness. Cross-sell Rumi’s diverse range of services to ATCOenergy customers, encouraging them to take advantage of more of our offerings. Be responsible for managing personal KPI’s to support overall business goals. Ensure the timely resolution of customer complaints and maintain a positive customer experience. You will engage with current and potential customers by asking questions and offering tailored solutions. Make sales for a multitude of home and business-related concern Provide residential and business support to energy customers Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments

What you have:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required Customer service experience: Ideally customer contact center experience is preferred Excellent command of the English language: Oral and written Experience with Inbound Call Centre software and Salesforce is an asset Strong knowledge of PCs and strong keyboarding skills (min 40 wpm) Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications Available to work during hours of operation on a rotating basis.

This role is located at the Customer Care Happiness Centre in Calgary, Alberta.

Starting salary for full time employees is $47,200 with room for progression, but that’s just the beginning!
