Skills, knowledge & experience:** + Knowledge and experience in conducting workplace investigations; + Knowledge and experience in writing investigation reports; + Knowledge and experience of harassment and violence in the workplace; + Ability to travel on a regular basis; + Three years' experience in a similar position; + Training in investigation techniques; + Training in harassment and violence in the workplace; + Fluently bilingual (French, English); + Certified Harassment Investigator (ECH) designation would be an asset.
