**What are your contributions to the team?**
+ Intervene with diligence, fairness and objectivity in handling complaints of a human nature;
+ Determine intervention strategies and conduct investigations of all sizes, meet with witnesses, complainants and respondents, and analyze documentation that can sometimes be complex;
+ Write detailed reports and executive summaries, and present report findings to committees and those involved in the case;
+ Understand complex problems in a variety of environments and be able to quickly grasp workplace issues;
+ Provide training on a variety of topics related to workplace issues, and have the ability to popularize the subjects covered;
+ Contribute to the ongoing development of approaches, methods and tools.
**How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:**
+ Knowledge and experience in conducting workplace investigations;
+ Knowledge and experience in writing investigation reports;
+ Knowledge and experience of harassment and violence in the workplace;
+ Ability to travel on a regular basis;
+ Three years' experience in a similar position;
+ Training in investigation techniques;
+ Training in harassment and violence in the workplace;
+ Fluently bilingual (French, English);
+ Certified Harassment Investigator (ECH) designation would be an asset.
