Right now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our HR Rewards Team in the position of Global Rewards Specialist.  

 

GR Specialist will be responsible for the Job Evaluation and Mobility effort across the organization. The employee will be developing, implementing and administering Job Evaluation and Mobility policy and processes.

Main Responsibilities: 

Developing and implementing job evaluation policy and procedures. This includes communicating and ensuring that that the job evaluation procedures are followedAnalyzing and evaluating job roles to equitably within the organizationAuditing and working with HR team on job evaluation and communicates results to HR business partners and internal businessWorking closely with the Organisation Development team to understand organizational changes and translate that into an equitable job evaluation reviewDeveloping and implementing global and domestic mobility policies and proceduresMonitoring and managing relocation budgets and expensesProviding relocation costing proposalMaintaining accurate records of all mobility-related activities and documentation

What we are looking for: 

Bachelor Degree or equivalent level in Business Administration, Management Studies, Human Resources or related fieldsProven strong experience in job evaluation projects is a mustAnalytical skills, attention to detail and focus on resultsStrong time management, organizational, and planning skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood Excel skills and competent Office skills
