Right now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our Finance Team in the position of Business Controller.

Main Responsibilities: 

Coordinating and supporting the budgeting process with large-scale/complex operations, working with the operations and/or commercial leadership team to determine and propose budget for the countryServing as a business partner to Operations and Commercial teams supporting the LOB in all areas as required per the attached detailed responsibilities.Tracking financial accounting operations and processes by monitoring and reviewing key metrics periodicallyLeading the periodic financial closing and reporting to senior leadership on balance sheet and P&L statementsLeading adherence to established standards for Finance data quality for reporting purposesLeading finance operations team in ensuring customer invoicing meets established targets to ensure financial sustainability of APLL's operations, supporting collection efforts when escalation is requiredLeading the implementation of Finance processes, policies and guidelines for a region with large-scale/complex operations, in line with established Global best practices for APLL

What we are looking for: 

BA and/or MA in Business, Accounting, or Finance and a recognized accounting certification would be an assetAt least 3 years of experience in business controlling within logistics, transportation, retail or production is a mustStrong analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong business acumen Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong Excel skills and PowerBI knowledge is a must
