Advisor, Talent Attraction
Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity in the agriculture industry, based in Loveland, Colorado. We are seeking an Advisor for Talent Attraction, who will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our talent acquisition process. This position will involve full-cycle recruitment, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection in partnership with other team members. Responsibilities • Efficiently deliver top talent to support the execution of business priorities, particularly in the retail sector. • Oversee the full cycle recruitment process, including candidate screening, short-listing, interviewing, and selection. • Develop and implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion recruitment strategies to create an inclusive candidate pipeline. • Act as an account manager, liaising with hiring leaders to ensure the right talent is selected for the right roles. • Advise and guide hiring leaders on all aspects of the hiring process. • Collaborate with HR professionals and internal HR Centers of Excellence to provide a positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders. • Drive continuous improvement activities within the recruitment process. • Demonstrate a solid understanding of the business and participate in business discussions to assist with the delivery of talent needed to achieve business priorities. • Assist stakeholders with conducting on-time, quality candidate reviews and activities. Requirements • Extensive knowledge in the agriculture industry • Proficient in talent acquisition and full cycle recruiting • Understands and can implement effective hiring processes • Demonstrable experience in sourcing and interviewing potential candidates • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems • Excellent understanding of finance and equity capital • Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels • Experience in retail and e-commerce sectors beneficial • Ability to drive continuous improvement in recruitment strategies • Understanding of production and facility management within the agriculture industry • Demonstrable quality control skills in the recruitment process • Knowledge of sustainable practices within the agriculture industry • Ability to manage time effectively (About Time) • Experience in creating and implementing recruiting strategies • Demonstrable experience in conducting end-to-end recruitment processes • Knowledge and understanding of conductivity, particularly within an agricultural context.
