Right now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our Technology Solutions Team in the position of IT Solutions Specialist.

Main Responsibilities:

Executing product development in the appointed region to enable the realization of Commercial and Operations growth strategies and objectivesExecuting the implementation and deliver regional solutions to regional and local offices successfullyImplementing the service delivery initiatives such as data migration, systems integration testing, support and end-user trainingAssisting with customer migration plan to seamlessly transition from one system to anotherProviding continuous and post-implementation supportReviewing and updating policies, processes and best practices to ensure high standards of customer solutions and service delivery to support customer growth strategiesProviding technical inputs on quality gaps to the development team to improve product qualityPreparing timelines, test environment, tools and approaches required, work allocation and support in quality testing

What we are looking for:

At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing regional IT role and experience in logistics (Air, Ocean and Land) is a mustExperience and understanding of EDI and API is a mustCustomer integration experienceTMS, WMS/Contract logistics experience is a nice to haveStrong time management, organizational and planning skills
