**Job Description**
Become part of our collaborative and supportive Payroll team, where precision, learning, and teamwork drive success. We are looking for a committed Payroll Advisor to support payroll operations in a part of the Western Europe region, supporting compliance and perfection along the process.Join our team at the LEGO Group and play a vital role in recognizing and rewarding our employees by ensuring a flawless and accurate payroll!
**Core Responsibilities**
+ Conducts regular daily operations leading to ensuringproper and timely execution of Payroll within own scope.
+ Provide operational support to respective colleaguesaccording to guidance from managers and specialists.
+ Support inputs provision and testing connected to globalinitiatives.
+ Maintain strong and positive relationship with externalproviders and vendors to secure high qualitypayroll processing.
+ Cooperate with colleagues in the team to securecontinuous execution of tasks and delivery.
+ Challenge the process and identify areas forimprovement with aim to achieve maximum effectivityand precision of the payroll process.

The Payroll Advisor plays a significant role in establishing asustainable Payroll department in the BSO. We are looking foremployee's keen to engage actively in building a high-

**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Minimum 1-2 years of relevant professional workingexperience with Payroll processes (either as Payrolladministrator or Payroll processor).
+ Basic understanding of legislation and tax rules aroundPayroll
+ Experience with HR Master Data Systems
+ Experience with Payroll Systems e.g. ADP
+ Microsoft Office experience.
+ Excel advanced - (Intermediate required but advanced
+ preferred).
+ Experience from Shared Service or a Payroll Provider.
+ Great teammate with proactive approach.
+ Experience with SAP HR and/or SAP Payroll.
+ Language skills in Danish, German, Hungarian, French an advantage.
**Please note:** The position will be based in our office in Prague and will operate on a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Relocation support is not offered for this role.
