About the role

To query HRIS data, generate insightful reports, and provide analytics/reporting support to enhance business decision-making processes.
 

Your role will consist of

In this role, the individual will:

•    Monitor HRIS data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
•    Prepare, deliver and run reporting requests from HR.
•    Assess HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support standard HR initiatives.
•    Liaise with IT and HR team members to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
•    Assess opportunities for process improvements and automation within the HRIS.
•    Liaise as a liaison between HR, IT, and other partners to ensure seamless data integration and reporting.
•    Deliver training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS reporting tools and functionalities.

Your training, skills, and experience checklist Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Understanding of database structures and relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Implementing and integrating HRIS systems.Beginner proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Advanced proficiency in data analytic tools. Beginner proficiency in HR Operations and Service processes and procedures. Beginner proficiency in HRIS platforms Advanced proficiency in ability to write and execute SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.Working conditions and location Ad hoc travel to sites and regional facilities.Fluency in primary language in geographical location.Experience in cultural change/management programs on a global scale.This position will be located at the Corporate Headquarters office located in Denver, CO.

The salary range offered for this role is USD $88,000 to $115,500 USD. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.  The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.  


This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
