What You Will Do:

Program Delivery & Leadership

Achieve annual delivery targets within the allocated budget.

Oversee all aspects of program planning, including performance analysis, technology integration, and market expansion.

Identify and implement material changes to program offerings, including expansion into new markets.

Develop, monitor, and enforce DSM-wide business rules to ensure consistent and defendable results.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create annual plans and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Budget Management and Forecasting

Lead the budget and forecasting processes for program delivery, reconciling monthly results to support execution.

Proactively address budget risks to optimize program performance.

Planning & Execution

Contribute to the development and regular updates of program plans and critical initiatives.

Operationalize agreements with third parties, ensuring all requirements are met.

Use market research and business intelligence to inform planning, evaluation, and ongoing improvements.

Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and industry partners to optimize program outcomes.

Organize and lead information-gathering sessions with stakeholders.

Performance Tracking & Process Optimization

Provide timely and accurate outlooks and forecasts, offering strategic recommendations to address challenges.

Implement and monitor Net-to-Gross strategies, integrating key elements into program eligibility and rules.

Find opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency.

Who You Are:

Related university degree preferably in Business, Marketing or Engineering.

Minimum of 4years multifaceted business experience, preferably in energy conservation marketing, program design, project management or business development.

Outstanding project management, organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaboration and relationship building.

Strategic problem solver with the ability to make decisions and act within an evolving market.

Certification in Program Management or Project Management will be an asset.

Working Conditions:

Office based.

5-10% Travel.
