Advisor Support Coordinator (Financial Services)
Description Robert Half is seeking to hire a Advisor Support Coordinator for one of our dear (and growing) clients in the Financial Services space in the Quad Cities! This rare opportunity is available as their team implements a new line of business. We are seeking candidates with proven communication and organizational skills to partner with Advisors in gathering necessary documentation for their clients. This position is onsite and will be virtually supporting Advisors at different branch locations. The candidate for this position will be utilizing multiple databases to locate and gather pertinent documentation needed to support the Advisors for their clients' signatures. We are seeking candidates with proactive communication skills, the ability to self-manage tasks given the deadlines, and great customer service skills. Responsibilities: + Review, process, and follow up on various brokerage and non-brokerage account requests, including new accounts, transfers, and re-registrations. + Process new business by reviewing paperwork for completeness, entering client and transactional data into the database, and submitting paperwork to the appropriate vendors using fax, email, mail, or direct system entry. + Receive and process account service requests. + Follow up on pending requests to ensure all requests are completed accurately. + Communicate clearly, professionally, and courteously with registered representatives and their staff via phone calls and emails to resolve paperwork requirements/issues, account service requests, and firm policy-related questions. + Answer a multi-line phone system, take accurate messages, and transfer calls efficiently to the appropriate person. + Navigate various software platforms and websites to enter and collect data, resolve issues, and service client accounts. + Create departmental reports, reviews, and various analytical reports for supervisory review of company activity. + Perform other related duties as assigned.
