Overview
ISS STOXX is growing! We seek an Advisory Analyst focusing on Compensation and Corporate Governance to join our global Equity Plan Team. If you want to learn, climb, and shine at a company committed to you, then ISS STOXX might be the best move you'll ever make.
In this role, you will provide consultative and advisory services centered on executive compensation and corporate governance to senior executives at the world's largest companies, especially U.S. companies, and will involve working on client-facing projects in tandem with ISS Corporate personnel in both the U.S. and other markets.
Responsibilities
Member of equity plan team – about half of the time will be reviewing equity plans and putting together client analyses during the season.
Assist ISS Corporate advisors on equity plan requests, say-on-pay proposals, director independence issues, shareholder proposals, and other matters that may require shareholder approval
Analyze client data and proposals to identify sources of concern to shareholders in executive compensation and corporate governance proposals
To perform data research and produce analytical reports
Produce client-ready deliverables as requested by clients and ISS Corporate colleagues
Support ISS Corporate sales team members to identify prospective clients, along with their corporate governance needs
Qualifications
Training & Experience:
Bachelor's degree graduate of any Business or Finance related course
At least 2 years relevant work experience in Research (Financial corporate data) and/or working knowledge on Corporate Governance reviews & advisory services is a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Team player and an excellent relationship builder
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Innovative, motivated and client-oriented
With absolute personal and business integrity
Work Location & Schedule:
Amenable is working at Makati City on a dayshift schedule (8 am- 5 pm, Manila Time).
Amenable to go on a hybrid working arrangement (at least 3 days work onsite per week)
