The Role:

We are recruiting for scheduling administrator (Temporary) to work with a team to coordinate and track various care inspections across the country and complete the relating administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to work within the Public Sector and provide an essential service to the CQC and critical partners.
Assignment: This role will run until 31st March with the possibility to extend
Rate of Pay: £12.04 per hour (Weekly pay)
Hours: 37 per week, Monday - Friday (General office hours)
Location: Fully remote (Work from Home) - You must have a private working environment at home with a suitable desk/chair set up. *There is potential to have to attend the office for training purposes/meetings on occasion*
Job Purpose:
Responsible for all scheduling and administrative activity undertaken by the Advisory and Complementary Workforce Team. The post holder will provide high quality and effective customer service to the Directorates and the Advisory and Complementary Workforce under the direction of the ACW Coordinator. Working with the recruitment and engagement teams ensuring there are accurate and timely information flows, quality assurance controls and a consistent application of policies and procedures as they relate to the flexible workforce.
Accountabilities:
Administers the engagement, compliance and scheduling processes for the Advisory and Complementary Workforce using data, statistics and workforce knowledge and best practice to ensure contribution is efficient and effective.Forms strong relationships with stakeholders which assists in championing and embedding processes.Respond to all resourcing/administrative requests in a timely manner in line with the service level agreement.Ensures the Advisory and Complementary Workforce receives accurate timely information regarding scheduled inspections, ensuring any changes or cancellations are communicated within the appropriate timescale.Working in conjunction with the Directorates and Engagement colleagues to assist in the collection of feedback for the Advisory and Complementary Workforce.Ensures all of the Advisory and Complementary Workforce are HR compliant and have completed mandatory training.Ensures the Advisory and Complementary Workforce have no conflicts of interest prior to attending inspection.Ensures all Advisory and Complementary Workforce resource is allocated to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.Works in compliance with appropriate legislation, CQC HR Policies, health and safety legislation and other requirements of the commission.Maintains accurate Advisory and Complementary Workforce records in relation to all scheduling activity on personal files and relevant registers or databases on the Y drive. Ensuring all information is up to date and fit for purposeHas the appropriate knowledge, skills and experience to actively promote diversity and equality of opportunity, treat everyone with dignity and respect and avoid unlawful discrimination.Skills/Experience Required:
A-level education or equivalent.Demonstrates good interpersonal skills; an ability to deal with staff at all levels and with external stakeholders in a professional manner.Experience of dealing with volume queries and information flows.Good IT skills; competent in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Able to adapt quickly to changing technologies and working practices in the workplace.Ability to follow a process with excellent attention to detail and consistent accuracy.Ability to analyse workforce data to identify issues, trends, or changes to enable scheduling activity to be successful.Has a sound understanding of CQC and its inspection activity.Ability to develop good clinical knowledge of job roles and specialisms within the Health and Social Care sector.Demonstrates a proactive attitude.Good organisational skills.Good verbal and written communication skills.About Us
