Advisory RDM Capital Markets Manager

As a Manager in Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory’s Analytics practice, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience working alongside leading professionals while building your professional skills in a variety of analytical techniques and industry specialties. Work you’ll do

Exchange Solutions: Lead and manage projects involving exchange solutions that enable front office and back-office operations of multi-asset exchanges.

Ensure a deep understanding of tradeable products and their lifecycle on exchange operations.

Broker-Dealer Solutions: Oversee the implementation and optimization of broker-dealer solutions that support front office and back-office operations across different asset types. 

Provide strategic guidance to clients on best practices and innovative solutions for transformations.

Cloud Risk and Controls: Assess and mitigate risks associated with cloud technologies in Capital Markets domains

Implement robust controls to ensure the security and compliance of cloud-based solutions.

Technology Consulting: Offer expert consulting services in cloud technologies, data analytics, and packaged software used in the Capital Markets business.

Facilitate seamless integration of these technologies to enhance client operations.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Technology, Finance, or a related field8+ years’ experience in Capital Markets Cloud solutions and data analyticsMinimum of 5 years’ experience in the Capital Markets industryFamiliarity with Banking and Capital Markets regulations and compliance requirementsExperience in:Business and risk domains including trading, surveillance, markets, credit, liquidity, operational risksRegulatory reporting (financial and non-financial)Data testing methodologies (e.g., controls testing and transaction testing)Data quality frameworks and methodologiesCloud risks and controlsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insightsProven track record of effective communication (written and verbal) and complex problem solving in fast paced environmentsExperience managing distributed teams across geographies and overseeing complex projectsLimited immigration sponsorship may be availableAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

 Preferred:

Master’s degree in computer science, Finance, Technology or a related field ORMBAProject Management Professional (PMP), Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), or similar credentials7+ years of experience in the capital markets industryProficiency in scripting and programming in following languages – SQL, Python, R

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $144,293 to $240,488. 

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
