Job DescriptionServiceNow is looking for an experienced Pre-Sales solution consultant to join our Global Partnerships and Channels (GPC) team as a Service Provider Specialist for our top global partners. A Service Provider Specialist is a ServiceNow expert who works with our top partners to design and architect embedded solutions powered by the Now platform. These architectures must adhere to ServiceNow technical best practices and be informed of common architecture principals. The Service Provider Specialist owns the technical architecture and roadmap for the solutions being designed. You’ll help design MVP requirements and solution prototypes for new embedded solutions in collaboration with the ServiceNow GPC team and your counterparts in the Partner Solution Consulting organization. You’ll be evaluated on metrics such as the number of new solutions, published architectures, and revenue growth by embedded solution. You’ll deliver artifacts including solution briefs, case studies, and solution architectures.

To be successful in this role you have:
7+ years of Solution Consulting experienceBachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in business, IT, or communicationsA current ServiceNow advanced certification (e.g. Certified Implementation Specialist-SP, Certified Master Architect, Certified Technical Architect)Working knowledge of modern web technologies and cloud computingExperience and understanding of multiple technical domains - application, data, integration, big data, mobility, analytics, etc. Excellent understanding of the architectural principles for cloud-based platforms that include XaaS, SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, and automationExecution focus – proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsNimble learning – ability to quickly grasp the essence of new issues and conceptsCollaboration – the ability to work across teams in a highly matrixed organizationInfluence – the ability to navigate complex partner organizations, identify stakeholders and power players, and build credibility and trust with themBias for action – someone who addresses new opportunities and challenges quicklyBusiness acumen – strong understanding of how consulting firms, IT service providers and business process outsourcers make money, as well as the industry pressures they faceAbility to work with a highly diverse set of partners, identify and respond to the unique needs of each one, with minimal guidance/supervisionExperience that will help you stand out:
