Job Description

As a member of our Employee Workflows Solution Consulting team, you will have a major impact on our future success by supporting the Employee Workflows product suite. You will help guide revenue for HR Service Delivery, Workplace Service Delivery, Employee Center Pro, and other emerging Employee Workflows solutions with the support and partnership of Sales, Product Management, and the executive team.

Our ideal candidate is comfortable in a hands-on “technical” solution consultant role and is someone who can go wide and deep on all aspects of the ServiceNow platform during the sales cycle. Bonus points if you have experience at a ServiceNow partner or have spent time as a ServiceNow product owner.

The Employee Workflows Solution Consultant is a technical consultant with the advanced ability to develop, position and provide product-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.

Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of the Employee Workflows product suiteLead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations to align our Employee Workflows solutions with customer needsAnswer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners and ServiceNow colleaguesGuide strategic programs in top accounts such as customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreementProvide feedback to product management about product enhancements that can address customer needs and guide additional valueShare and learn best practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the teamStay current on competitive analysis and market differentiationSupport marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

 

7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experienceOR 3+ years of direct ServiceNow implementation experience or ServiceNow platform/product owner experienceProficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with other cloud software solutionsFamiliarity with common “industry standard” HRIS integration use casesExperience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional servicesTerritory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to promote execution excellenceWillingness to travel throughout the East region and work with customers in EST
