Get The Future You WantThe focus of your role- As a part of our Canadian Strategic Advisory practice, the candidate for Advisory Senior Consultant / Manager – Digital/Technology Organization Change role will have experience leading, executing and delivering advisory services at the intersection of business and technology requirements. This role will partner with our colleagues in our digital technology transformation practices to define organization change strategies; assess change impact stakeholder engagement; define integrated change roadmaps; design, develop deploy change materials; assess, coach and track for business readiness; facilitate change networks; prepare deliver stakeholder engagement activities; and, report on benefits realization as appropriate to meet client requirements. The role provides subject matter expertise, capability development and intellectual capital in the pursuit and delivery of our digital transformation consulting services. Given the scale of the challenges and the investment required there is a strong focus to ensure these end-to-end transformation programs are delivered effectively with our clients, driving out efficiency at all levels and that the change is both adopted and sustained.
In this role, you will work across Canada with a range of industries and technologies, to shape client’s change journeys that enable their transformation. You will be able to manage change journeys from end-to-end drawing upon our accelerators and methodologies with personality, precision, and predictability to help realize measurable, positive business outcomes.

Our consultants are at the heart of delivering profitable outcomes in business and technology-oriented environments, working in a collaborative way with a broad range of clients to achieve their strategic goals. You will work with leading clients within a range of industries to assist them in shaping, planning, and executing the change activities that will underpin the adoption sustainability of the changes sought through their strategic transformation portfolios. As a consultant, you will be expected to lead teams both in person virtually who may be geographically spread across Canada, US and globally. You will also be expected to become actively involved in future business development opportunities.
Required SkillsWhat you will bring
You will have exceptional Organization Change and Consulting experience with a background in digital / technology transformation and you will have insightful points of view regarding innovating the future of this capability. You will be familiar with the latest in trends relating to organization change, including adoption and sustaining change. In addition, you will be comfortable leading teams and delivering excellence:
Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering organization change for digital / technology transformationsMinimum 5 years of experience in a strategic advisory or consulting role with strong verbal and written communication skills (e.g. Big 4 Firm, global consulting company, global Systems Implementor etc)A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 4-5 years of professional experienceAffinity with technology and digitalization (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, Workday, AMI, Cloud, Applications etc.)Experience in sales and proposal developmentAble to improvise and adapt to lead clients and teams through change and ambiguityAble to work independently and at the same time be a team player with a “can-do” mentality who can think outside the boxExcellent quantitative and analytical skillsExcellent communication skillsWHY JOIN US?
