We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Technology Architect with 13 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AEM support engineering, AEM system engineering, AEM frontend, AEM backend and AEM authoring. Experience in the Payer domain is a plus.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 and $165,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of AEM solutions to meet business requirements. Oversee the development and maintenance of AEM components templates and workflows. Provide technical guidance and support to the AEM support engineering team. Collaborate with system engineers to ensure seamless integration of AEM with other systems. Develop and optimize AEM frontend and backend functionalities for enhanced user experience. Author and manage AEM content ensuring it aligns with business goals and standards. Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure the scalability and performance of AEM applications. Stay updated with the latest AEM trends and technologies to drive innovation. Implement security best practices to protect AEM applications from vulnerabilities. Document technical specifications and create user guides for AEM solutions.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in AEM support engineering system engineering frontend backend and authoring. Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing AEM solutions. Have experience in the Payer domain which is a nice to have. Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving AEM-related issues. Exhibit excellent collaboration and communication skills. Stay current with AEM trends and technologies. Implement security best practices in AEM applications. Create comprehensive technical documentation and user guides. Maintain high-quality standards through regular code reviews. Ensure the scalability and performance of AEM applications. Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to the team. Optimize AEM functionalities for enhanced user experience. Align AEM content with business goals and standards.
