**Introduction**
AEM deigital experience leader is responsible for creating, organizing, and maintaining digital design assets and resources to deliver seamless online experiences. This role emphasizes managing content creation and publishing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing the design and maintenance of web pages. Key tasks include developing and implementing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) templates and workflows, optimizing website performance and SEO, and ensuring alignment with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles
**Your role and responsibilities**
Manage Design Libraries
Responsible for creation, organization, and maintenance of design for assets and resources.
Managing content creation and publishing. Collaborating with design, marketing, and IT teams
Develop, publish, and maintain web pages
Design, build, and update website content and functionality
Optimize site performance and SEO
Develop and implementAEM templates, components, and workflows
Tagging, tracking, and performance:
Implement and analyze website analytics to measure and improve performance..
Messaging/Copy Creation
Support and validate copy creation for all channels including email, social media, landing pages, etc.
This job can be performed from anywhere in the US.
Perform full QA to ensure alignment to given requirements
Content Tagging
Facilitate development of taxonomy to be used for tagging web pages
Manage organization of content library to facilitate to findability and reuse assets.
Assign keywords, labels (tags) to content, videos, images, or social media posts, to categorize, organize, and make it easily searchable.
Knowledge and background in Content Management - Adobe Sites tool to support content creation
Experience with design software and web development tools.
Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
Experience with website performance optimization (WPO) techniques.
Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
• Manage and execute successful international email campaigns/CRM programs for global clients across multiple Email Service Provider (ESP) platforms including Adobe Campaign
• Implement complex, highly personalized email campaigns utilizing dynamic content, producing over mulitple versions/audiences/testing segments, delivered weekly; personalization included loyalty program components
• Collaborate with clients to launch Adobe Campaign platform: apply business and data requirements; test audience selection, campaign execution, and reporting functionality;
• Perform functional testing of email content and validated audience segmentation and deployment details
• Provide campaign recommendations supported by post send reports which included email metrics, segmentation breakdown, A/B testing results, and Google Analytics site traffic information
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
Experience managing annual program and incremental project scopes for Email, SMS and RMM channels
Proven ability to deliver strategy, insights, best practices for channel specific marketing and loyalty program, based on platform capabilities
Develop and implement streamlined, standardized and scalable processes and documentation across channels, teams, and brands to ensure on time delivery and flawless execution of ad hoc and automated user journeys
Strong relationship building experience with clients and internal stakeholders, served as SME for email and SMS channel marketing i
Experience establishing client onboarding and training programs with guides, checklists, and QA standards
