The Opportunity:
• Development and customization of AEM components, templates, and workflows.
• Integration of AEM with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Design and implementation of web experiences using AEM.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to AEM implementation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and content creators to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• Developing and implementing best practices for AEM development and deployment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
AEM Backend:
Components, templates, AEM sling model, AEM servlets, AEM custom configurations, AEM Osgi services, AEM full text search with Lucene , Sightly , MSM, AEM experience fragments
AEM Frontend:
• ·AEM front end and UI developer skills as primary.
• ·Resource should have html, CSS, JS and jQuery framework experience on AEM.
• ·Mobile first approach and Responsive design . SPA with AEM react
What you need:
· Experience in Java development
· Knowledge in HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS3, Sass, W3C .
· Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Working knowledge of Linux environments
· Working knowledge of Git
· Expertise with cross web responsive development
· Experience with HTL/Sightly templating language
· Experience with AEM tools: Brackets Extension, FileVault Tool
· Working knowledge of Photoshop to save pictures for web
· Working knowledge of speed optimization such as YSlow or PageSpeed
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Basic knowledge of Python
Bonus points if:
• Managing AEM environments, including configuration, performance tuning, and security.
• Providing technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest AEM features and enhancements, and evaluating their potential impact on existing implementations.
• Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
