In this role, you'll collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, prioritize features, and oversee development to deliver effective digital asset solutions that align with business objectives and meet user needs.Responsibilities: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our next-generation digital asset management platform, steering the transition away from the legacy DAM system into Adobe Experience Manager. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements based on user feedback, market analysis, and business goals, ensuring seamless migration and adoption of the new digital asset management platform. Create and maintain a comprehensive product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria for digital asset management features and enhancements, guiding cross-functional teams through the development process. Work in tandem with IT and development teams to oversee the implementation, integration, and customization of the new digital asset management platform, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and architectural standards. Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and iterate on digital asset management solutions to enhance usability, performance, and functionality, driving continuous improvement and innovation. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on digital asset management initiatives, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and key milestones. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital asset management, leveraging insights to inform product strategy, roadmap, and future enhancements. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in or similar to information science or information management; an advanced degree is preferred. 8-10 years of experience in product management or related field, with a proven track record of successfully managing digital products or platforms. Experience with digital asset management systems, particularly in transitioning away from legacy platforms into Adobe Experience Manager. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive strategic decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and tools, with a keen focus on delivering value incrementally and iteratively. Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a proactive approach to driving change and shaping the future of digital asset management practices. Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager required.
