Who you are:
You are a passionate and experienced AEM Team Lead who is ready to join and lead a Storefront team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), a deep understanding of web development, and a passion for creating seamless digital experiences. As a Team lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of AEM solutions for our storefront websites, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and scalability. Your responsibilities include:
Provide technical leadership to the team in design, development, and deployment of AEM components and templates for our storefront websites.
Take ownership in sprint delivery and resolve functional and technical issues relating to the UI.
Supervise and mentor a team of AEM developers by providing technical guidance and support.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, content authors, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Perform code reviews and ensure that the team adheres to common coding standards.
Maintain and optimize existing AEM environments.
Stay up to date with the latest AEM features and industry trends.
Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
Assist in resource planning, project estimation, and task allocation for the team.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager.
Proficiency in AEM 6.x, including AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms.
Strong understanding of AEM architecture and best practices.
Experience with AEM components and templates.
Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
Understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services.
Strong understanding of version control systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
AEM certification a plus.
