Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled AEM UI Developer to design, develop, and enhance AEM-based solutions. This role requires expertise in front-end development, AEM UI integration, and performance optimization. Operating under minimal supervision, you will contribute to product design, analysis, and development while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific AEM components and solutions. Perform software modeling, prototyping, and assist development team leaders in designing AEM solutions. Develop and coordinate estimates for software defects, new features, and enhancements included in service releases. Participate in discussions on new product development and enhancements to existing solutions. Design, document, code, and deploy new features and fixes for system-related issues. Engage in high-level project estimates, sprint planning, and feature prioritization. Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle. Conduct code reviews, debug issues, and optimize performance. Basic Qualifications:

✅ Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 6+ years of experience in software development.

✅ Technical Skills (Mandatory):

Front-End Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, LESS, JavaScript, jQuery AEM Development: AEM HTL, AEM ClientLibs Build & Optimization: Gulp, Node (NPM), Bootstrap, Page Load Optimization Version Control: Git Responsive Web Development Preferred Qualifications:

✔️ 6+ years of experience in a management or leadership role.
✔️ Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks: ReactJS, AngularJS.
