Job Description Benchmark Problem Logs Resolution
Investigate and resolve voice, SMS, and data benchmarking problems logs within the agreed service level

2G, 3G, 4G & 5G Optimization
Audit and implement BSC/BTS Parameter
Perform drivetest and declare the site on-air
Perform Site audit , evaluate signal coverage, and implement modification to enhance signal coverage
Implement traffic balancing and recommend capacity upgrade
clean the neighbor list and add missing neighbors
Proposed and implemented Frequency retune when needed
Prepare acceptance report when needed


LAC Split/Change
Prepare LAC reordering plan and parameter of affected BTS
Perform drive test and evaluate its performance after implementation

BSC/BTS Rehoming
Review BTS rehoming Plan
Prepare parameter of affected BTS
Perform drive test and evaluate its performance after implementation


Overall Territory Execution Responsibilities
NPM(Top N Cell, CEi, KPI Hygiene & Trading)
Targeted Opti (MECC, Capacity,FB, Ookla, HVC, etc)
