Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AEP Customer Journey Analytics AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser and AEP RTCDP. Experience in Product Lifecycle Management is a plus. The role is hybrid with no travel required and operates during day shifts.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 and $195,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of customer journey analytics solutions using AEP Customer Journey Analytics. Oversee the optimization of customer experiences through AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser. Provide expertise in real-time customer data platform (RTCDP) to enhance data-driven decision making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEP solutions with existing systems. Ensure the scalability and performance of AEP solutions to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain best practices for AEP implementation and usage. Conduct regular reviews and audits of AEP solutions to ensure compliance and efficiency. Mentor and guide junior team members on AEP technologies and best practices. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of AEP solutions. Provide technical leadership in the adoption of new AEP features and capabilities. Ensure that all AEP solutions are aligned with the companys overall technology strategy. Contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials.Qualifications
Must have extensive experience in AEP Customer Journey Analytics. Must have strong expertise in AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser. Must have proficiency in AEP RTCDP. Nice to have experience in Product Lifecycle Management. Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Must have strong communication and collaboration skills. Must have the ability to work in a hybrid work model. Must have a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience. Must have the ability to mentor and guide junior team members. Must have experience in developing and maintaining best practices. Must have the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Must have experience in technical documentation and training. Must have the ability to align technical solutions with business needs.
