The Aerial Supervisor is responsible for organizing aerial construction efforts through in-house construction teams for new construction, maintenance, rebuild projects, and storm restoration.

Engage with your team to ensure we achieve zero injuries. Understand that no job is so important that your safety, the safety of your crew, or public safety will be compromised. Wath for hazards and report any concerns to your manager or safety professional.Must maintain a safe work record and identify potentially unsafe working scenarios or conditions, must know OSHA requirements and communicate them with team. Qualifications REQUIREDAt least 4+ years of professional experience with fiber optic construction, maintenance, and testing, as well as reading technical prints and field engineering documents.The ability to work near power lines and electrical equipment while exposed to a variety of weather conditions that often include heat, rain, dirt, dust, and insects is required.Ability to use and troubleshoot basic hand-tools required.Professional experience operating a bucket/digger truck required.Class A CDL is required or the ability to obtain one within the first three months of employment.Strong communications skills required.High school diploma or recognized equivalent required.Must be able to use a computer for email communications and for general job functions.PREFERREDSome supervisory or leadership experience.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must be able to lift 65 pounds unassisted and possess sufficient dexterity and mobility to work with various equipment and hand tools. Be agile enough to stoop, bend, crawl and work outdoors for extended periods of time. Must be able to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays in an on-call/emergency environment. Ability to drive for extended periods of time in all types of weather. Must be able to adapt and perform in a rapidly changing environment. Must be able to travel overnight within and outside of regular work area upon request of management.
