Job Description SummaryThe Strategic Sourcing Analyst plays a key role in supporting the overall Strategic Sourcing operations across the Aero Alliance shops. In that role She/He will:
- Work with Commodity managers being fully accountable for all the analytics tasks that define actual and new Vendors competitive figures
- Act as program manager for New Vendor Intro: from RFQ (Request For Quote) package issuing to quote receiving.
- Perform component cost comparison both for new and already established Vendors and monitor actual Market Share allocations.
- Support in Identifying gaps or cost outliers.
- Drive continuous improvement identifying automation/digitization opportunities
- Drive Tableau dashboard creation.Job Description

Essential Responsibility
Be accountable for functional business analytic tasks.Support the full stream of supplier RFQ process from package preparation to quote analysis.Develop and maintain Data Base of ongoing RFQ and follow up with vendor(s) to ensure on time quotation.Support Commodity Managers in actual commodity buy monitoring and data deep dive.Work with Commodity Managers, Repair Global Vendor Manager, scope of works Operation and Finance to define the penalties amount imputable to the Vendors.Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree required, major in engineering, business, preferred.Strong analytical skills & Financial technical analysis acumen.Excellent Microsoft Excel modelling skills.Good knowledge of IT specific tools and ERP system.Good knowledge of Repairs business, processes and systems.Program Management experience nice to have.Demonstrated ability in cultivating strong cross-functional relationships. Excellent presentation, communication and team player attitudesFluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).EU Work PermitDesired Characteristics
