Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.** **Your main tasks and responsibilities:** + Disassemble, inspect, and assemble power turbines, gas generators, and accessory gear, and accessory components associated with aeroderivative machinery. + Possess a proficient knowhow of professional hand tools to adequately perform daily assignments. + Continuously gain knowledge of products, materials, and procedures to better perform duties, including updating safety processes. + Keep the work areas clean and well-organized during disassembly, inspection, assembly, and when the job is completed. + Be ready to travel to job site or test facility when called on with tools and safety equipment. **To succeed in this role, you will need:** + High School Diploma or GED equivalent. + Hands-on shop and/or field service experience in aero-derivative turbomachinery repair. + Technical knowledge of aero-derivative turbomachinery repair. + 4+ years of aeroderivative machinery experience is preferred but not required. **What we offer you:** + 11 Paid Holidays + 15 Paid Time Off (PTO) Days + Medical, dental, vision, life & disability + 401K with 6% company match + Employee Assistance Program + Employee Wellness Program + New onsite cafeteria, all meals subsidized (La Porte Service Center) No visa or work permit support can be provided for this role **Sulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
