Aero Project Manager
Job Description SummaryAs related customer equipment, facilities or infrastructure projects: responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. Accountable for implementing the commercial and technical strategy of the project including contractual technical scope, schedule, and project cost definition in collaboration with the sales and commercial teams leading a cross functional execution team to manage contract fulfillment to deliver on time and within allocated budget. Will manage deliverables from cross functional team and serve as a single point of contact for the project lifecycle both internally and customer facing. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

Roles and Responsibilities

Turnkey Projects or Product/Equipment-Only Projects. Responsible for overseeing the project and direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources.

Requires people leader skills with ability to develop talent. Includes influencing and indirect people management responsibility. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.

Has knowledge of best practices and how Project Management integrates with other functions.

Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address project issues. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.

Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience who may lead smaller projects with lower risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.

Drives operating rhythms to address challenges, risks and opportunities, ensuring there are clear strategies and actions to resolution.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s).

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $132,300-$220,500 USD Annual.,

The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a Variable Incentive (VIC) bonus of 15%.

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
