Aerospace Engineer

SRC, Inc. is seeking an Aerospace Engineer / Mechanical Engineer with Aero and FISINT emphasis to support RF analysis for Space collection and analysis on behalf of the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). Selected individual will have a strong background in Aerospace analysis and Communications. A background in Signals Analysis and RF enabled cyber capabilities is desirable.

What You’ll DoConduct analysis and reporting of FISINT telemetry data; specifically for Space, UAV (Air), and Ballistic Missile signals of interestProduce written and verbal assessments of foreign platforms/systems to the customerPerform target system analysisReverse engineer telemetry data transmitted by various systems to determine performance capabilities and characteristicsCultivate and maintain customer relationships What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering or mechanical engineering with Aero emphasis preferred or other engineering disciplines and 3+ years of related experience. Any equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be consideredActive TS/SCI clearanceExperience with FISINT telemetry dataUnderstanding of NSA Collection and Analysis policies and programsExperience with data collection, organization, and integrationExcellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills are requiredMust be willing to travel up to 10%Ways to Stand Out – Preferred RequirementsRF reverse engineering experienceExpertise in Space, FISINT collection and analysisExperience coding in MATLAB and/or PythonExperience with Satellite Tool Kit (STK) or knowledge of orbital mechanicsMaster’s degree in EngineeringTS/SCI with active CI PolyWhat Sets Us Apart?
