The position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced technologies in a collaborative, hands-on environment, shaping the future of aviation. **Key Qualifications:** Required: + Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent). + 3+ years of aerospace engineering experience. + Proficiency in MATLAB and/or Python. + Strong knowledge of aircraft performance analysis and conceptual design. + Expertise in aerodynamics, stability and control, thermal analysis, and systems engineering. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Willingness to relocate to San Luis Obispo, CA. + **Open to US Persons.
