Role Summary
As our Aerospace Regional Growth Leader, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive growth, enhance client experience, and maximize business opportunities across the company. Collaboration with your Regional Acrisure Retail Division will be paramount in addition to maintaining and growing your own book of business.

• Experience building and cultivating prospect pipeline

You must be inquisitive and curious with the ability to provide world-class service and counsel through coverage review and analysis, recommendations on coverage solutions as requested, and identifying new lines of coverage as appropriate.
Additionally, you must be an excellent communicator and morale builder that leads by example (not through title). It is essential that you bring servant leadership and employee development skills to the table. We want leaders with the ability to motivate and maximize productivity and who are comfortable providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and coaching. You must be willing to receive all of these as well.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business administration, marketing or finance OR an equivalent combination of education and related experienceProven track record of building and growing a book of businessMinimum 10+ years insurance and/or aviation experienceActive Property and Casualty insurance license(s)Experience in agency management software (ideally Applied Epic) and Client Relationship Management systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsDifferentiators

Partner with your Regional Acrisure Retail Division Head of Growth and their team to provide support for clients with aviation and aerospace needs and refer Acrisure Aerospace clients for help with non-aviation needsFoster a collaborative, high-performance, and service-minded cultureHelp provide regular performance feedback and professional development opportunitiesBuild and maintain relationships with key clients and underwritersEnsure high levels of client satisfaction and retentionEstablish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partnersCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align strategies and optimize sales effortsImplement effective sales processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and maximize sales productivityMust have the ability to travel to client offices and industry events, including overnight stays, as neededBenefits & Perks:
