In Oracle supply chain and operations at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for Oracle supply chain and operations applications. You will analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Oracle supply chain and operations applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives.

Job Description

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Proven track record as an SME in Order Management / Advanced Pricing.

Additional knowledge in Global Order Promising that helps in fulfilling Sales Orders by requested date for Items received from the Ordering application like Oracle Order Management will be preferred

Knowledge of end -to-end OTC cycle including modules like AR, Cash management will be a plus and highly preferrable.

Ability to take requirements from Client, create KDD’s, run workshops, conduct POC’s and help client end to end requirements in Order Management and Advanced Pricing skill

Mentor Junior resources within the team, conduct KSS and lessons learnt.

Flexible to work in stretch opportunities/assignments.

Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems.

Status Reporting for the project.

Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance.

Know how and when to use tools available for a given situation and can explain the reasons for this choice.

Certification Requirements: Oracle Fusion Global Order Promising, Order Management ( Preferred)

 

Required Skills:

 6 ~ 10 year of experience of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, specifically to the below modules 

Order Management

Advanced Pricing with Multi Currency enablement feature

Oracle Fusion Global Order Promising

Should have completed minimum Two end-to-end implementations in Oracle Fusion Order Management Cloud, upgradation experience

Solid understanding of Enterprise Structures, Order Management and Advanced Pricing setups

Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly

Prepare process flows, data flow diagrams, requirement documents, user training and onboarding documents to support upcoming projects and enhancements

Good Knowledge of OTBI report creation

Good knowledge of BPM Approval Workflow 

Should be able to understand and articulate business requirements and propose solutions after performing appropriate due diligence

Should have good communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills

Coordinate with team to close the client requests on time and within desired Timelines with desired Quality

Exposure perform Unit Testing and UAT of issues and collaborate with the business users to obtain UAT sign-off

Experience in working with various OM /Advanced Pricing data upload / migration techniques like FBDI / ADFDI Import / data mapping and related issue resolutions

Preferred Skills: 

Additional Knowledge of Inventory, Accounts Receivable or Cash Management modules will be preferred

Good to have Reporting – OTBI/BIP & Integration Knowledge

Knowledge on using automated process for configuration and migration activities.
