In Oracle supply chain and operations at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for Oracle supply chain and operations applications. You will analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Oracle supply chain and operations applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives.

Required Skills:

 6 ~ 10 year of experience of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.Expert level knowledge across the following areas on Oracle WMS Inbound Logistics, Inventory Control, Task Management, Outbound Logistics, MSCA. Expert level knowledge of the interaction between WMS applications with Oracle Cloud Financials, Procurement, Manufacturing, ASCP, Logistics Applications.Must be proficient with Application Implementation Methodology and associated assets/documentation requirements (Oracle AIM and related methods, etc.)Basic PL/SQL knowledgeFamiliarity of Oracle Supply Chain modules and Oracle WMS database table structuresUnderstand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordinglyPrepare process flows, data flow diagrams, requirement documents, user training and onboarding documents to support upcoming projects and enhancementsDeliver and track the delivery of issue resolutions to meet the SLA’s and KPI’sFocus on reducing recurrence issues caused by the Oracle Fusion applicationGenerate adhoc reports to measure and to communicate the health of the applicationsAbility to configure WMS related setups to the Client's Standards & Requirements.Good knowledge of BPM Approval Workflow and BI ReportsShould be able to understand and articulate business requirements and propose solutions after performing appropriate due diligenceShould have good communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills

Coordinate with team to close the client requests on time and within SLA

Exposure in Unit Testing and UAT of issues and collaborate with the business users to obtain UAT sign-offExperience in working with various r data upload / migration techniques like FBDI / ADFDI/ Import maps and related issue resolutions

Preferred Skills:

Good to have Reporting – BIP/ OTBI & Integration KnowledgeKnowledge on using automated process for configuration and migration activities.
