Job Summary - As a Senior Associate,We are seeking a skilled Copado Release Manager to oversee and manage the release process of our Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Copado, strong project management skills, and a solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to: Develop and maintain detailed release schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders. Oversee environment configurations and manage deployment pipelines in Copado. Ensure rigorous quality assurance practices are followed, including automated testing. Identify and mitigate risks associated with software releases. Maintain thorough documentation of release processes and configurations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders about release plans, progress, and issues. Conduct post-release reviews and implement improvements based on feedback Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance. Develop and maintain release schedules, including major releases, service packs, and hotfixes. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on release dates and deliverables. Manage release calendar to track all phases of the software development lifecycle. Oversee the configuration and setup of environments for development, testing, and production. Ensure proper version control and environment synchronization. Manage deployment pipelines and environment-specific settings in Copado Able to read situations and modify behavior to build quality relationships. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing is conducted before releases. Implement automated testing processes and integrate them into the release pipeline. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Evaluate and refine release processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Stay updated with the latest Copado features and best practices.

Implement feedback loops to improve future releases.

Experience with other DevOps tools like Github, Flosum etc.
