Minimum Degree Required (BQ) *:

Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member with focus on deep expertise, continuous execution, throughput and quality 

 

General skill set:

Have extensive 4 to 6 years of experience of SAP FICO module along with FSCD and worked on multiple implementation and support/operate projects 

Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and implement the same 

Excellent Communication, analytical and Interpersonal skills as a consultant

Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths and address development areas.

Be flexible to work in 2nd shift (2 pm IST to 11 pm IST)

Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems.

Adherence to SLAs, experience in incident management, change management and problem management.

Know how and when to use tools available for a given situation and can explain the reasons for this choice.

Seek and embrace opportunities which give exposure to different situations, environments and perspectives.

Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others.

Escalation/Risk management.

Strong Knowledge in:

Work experience on both FICO and FSCD 

Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials (focus on FICO Controlling – Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement.)

Configure G/L, A/P, A/R, and Asset Accounting.

Involvement with FI integration focuses on other modules like MM, HR, PP, and PM.

Experience in process implementation and optimization in the areas of Billing and Disbursement using SAP FS-CD for Insurance business.

Multiple end-to-end project lifecycle experience within SAP FS-CD/FICO

Must have a Financial Services and/or an accounting background for SAP FS-CD

Proficiency in US GAAP

Understanding of accounting business processes.

Stay current with the latest SAP FICO trends and best practices and recommend process improvements to optimize financial operations.

  

Preferred Skills: 

Knowledge of FSCD on S4 HANA
