Within our global, Managed Services platform, we provide Application Evolution Services (formerly Application Managed Services), where we focus more so on the evolution of our clients’ applications and cloud portfolio. Our focus is to empower our client’s to navigate and capture the value of their application portfolio while cost-effectively operating and protecting their solutions. We do this so that our clients can focus on what matters most to your business: accelerating growth that is dynamic, efficient and cost-effective.
As a member of our Application Evolution Services (AES) team, we are looking for candidates who thrive working in a high-paced work environment capable of working on a mix of critical Application Evolution Service offerings and engagement including help desk support, enhancement and optimization work, as well as strategic roadmap and advisory level work. It will also be key to lend experience and effort in helping win and support customer engagements from not only a technical perspective, but also a relationship perspective.

Have extensive 6 to 10 years of experience of SAP MM module along with IDOC processing and worked on multiple implementation and support/operate projects

Strong Knowledge in:
6+ years of hands-on experience on the MOC in Support/implementation projects
Understanding of OCM framework, consulting skills, business knowledge, processes, measurements & tolls to analyze organizational change issues and drive SAP solutions that transform the client’s business.
Demonstrated success as a Business Change Manager on a range of SAP, S/4 HANA project/programme lifecycles.
Liaise between SAP consultants, Business Change Managers and Business Process owners to ensure Organizational Readiness is complete.
Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
Design and Build an Organisation Design Matrix
Design and Build a To Be Role Matrix (User Management)
Coordinate the design of the Standard Operating Procedures and supporting documentations
Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions.
Work with project teams to integrate Organizational Readiness activities into the overall project plan.
Excellent skills in Project Management, Functional business analysis and development methodologies.
