Proficient in overseeing a support ticketing queue with multiple open items, demonstrating strong written and oral communication skills; 

Capable of leading client status meetings and extracting relevant metrics; 

Handles client relationships, confirming effective communication; 

Offers functional and/or technical subject matter expertise; 

Directs process redesign efforts; 

Leads technical and test teams for the implementation of functionality; 

Assists with change activities to confirm business adoption and provides effective user training; 

Manages the whole project lifecycle to confirm timely project delivery; 

Meets with stakeholders throughout the organization to confirm a thorough set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining thorough understanding of current and future state business processes; 

Provides in-depth knowledge of the SAP application and evaluates the customer’s processes against the standard SAP functionality; 

Demonstrates experience in use of SAP, specifically TM Module, in a support/AMS environment; 

Documents the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected; 

Responsible for fixes and enhancements to the application to achieve the customer’s business requirements; 

Has industry experience and understands challenges and risks when implementing and supporting vertical applications and localizations; 

Demonstrated ability to: 

Analyze and understand business problems. 

Model data and processes. 

Conduct workshops and training sessions. 

Plan and carry out system and user acceptance testing; 

Familiar with and experienced in: 

Core application functionality 

Implementation Methodology 

Application technology stack; 

Prepares and monitors performance reports and implements solutions to improve the system performance; 

Responsible for performing installations, end to end SAP upgrades (SPS, Major SAP version), applying support packages and other support activities; 

Possesses strong knowledge and experience in HANA Database and MS SQL Database Administration; 

Possesses configuration knowledge on SAP cloud offerings such as BTP, SAC, Cloud connector, etc; 

Should be familiar with SAP interfacing solutions such as OpenText, Redwood, Evolve and Information Steward; 

Should have experience in Disaster recovery setup and testing; 

SAP BOBI, Data services installation, configuration and administration; 

Proficient in the use of methodologies supported by SAP industry leading practices; 

ITIL process knowledge/understanding is highly preferred; 

Implementation support experience using Solution Manager; 

Worked on integration with other modules like SD, MM, EWM and GTS; 

Experience in any ticket management tool and support relevant work environment’ 

Good Communication skill in English; 

Exposure to interface monitoring for EDI/IDOC’s; and 

Hand of experience in Tools like Service now, Solution Manager, Jira, HP4, MQC etc.
