We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Gatehouse Coordinator to manage the flow of truck traffic and serve as the first point of contact for drivers arriving at our facility. What You’ll Do: + Check in truck drivers upon arrival and verify all required documentation + Log information accurately into our computer system + Communicate with internal teams and dock personnel via radio + Direct drivers to the correct loading/unloading areas + Assist drivers who arrive early, late, or need help finding the location + Maintain security by monitoring incoming and outgoing traffic + Ensure smooth, timely operations and respond to unexpected situations What We’re Looking For: + Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude + Basic computer and data entry skills + Experience using two-way radios or willingness to learn + Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment + Prior experience in security guard, logistics, transportation, or a similar role is a plus + Education: HS Diploma or equivalent AFB International is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
