Join our team and play a key role in keeping our manufacturing plant running smoothly!

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Gatehouse Coordinator to manage the flow of truck traffic and serve as the first point of contact for drivers arriving at our facility.

What You’ll Do:

Check in truck drivers upon arrival and verify all required documentationLog information accurately into our computer systemCommunicate with internal teams and dock personnel via radioDirect drivers to the correct loading/unloading areasAssist drivers who arrive early, late, or need help finding the locationMaintain security by monitoring incoming and outgoing trafficEnsure smooth, timely operations and respond to unexpected situations

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitudeBasic computer and data entry skillsExperience using two-way radios or willingness to learnAbility to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in security guard, logistics, transportation, or a similar role is a plusEducation: HS Diploma or equivalent
