The primary objective of this role is to increase Affiliate revenues through negotiating competitive Affiliate deals with key merchants and by optimising eCommerce content closely with our editorial teams.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting into the Director of Ecommerce, you will be responsible to grow affiliate revenues across all Hearst brands. The role will focus on improving revenues by developing relationships with affiliate networks and their brand portfolio, working with editorial teams to optimise content on/off platform, securing profitable tenancy partnerships, tracking performance of existing campaigns, and reporting on overall performance to the wider business.
Key Duties:
ABOUT YOU
Experience in affiliates, ecommerce or performance marketing. Experience working with affiliate networks and subnetworks, as well as agencies. Commercial negotiation and sales experience. Basic knowledge of paid acquisition channels. Understanding of technical requirements within digital media. Experience with reporting tools, such as Looker or Trackonomics.
