Responsibilities Related Fund Management (“RFM”) manages several investment vehicles that acquire, renovate, and operate affordable housing and market rate multifamily properties, with approximately 10,000 units owned across these investment vehicles today. RFM is seeking an Affordable Housing Asset Management Analyst to join their team in Boca Raton, FL. This Analyst will focus on all aspects of real estate asset management. This Analyst will support RFM’s investment management team to directly oversee capital spend, monitor operational performance and compliance with regulatory agreements, and create value at the property‐level, as well as provide accurate, informative, and efficient portfolio‐level reporting.
