AFH Customer Marketing Manager
Overview •Lead customer marketing for 15 Away from Home sub-channels to achieve 60% 5 year CAGR growth •Design product portfolios, pricing strategy, marketing tools, channel/customer campaigns for all 15 sub-channels •Develop perfect store standards and track execution excellence •Design playbook for 15 sub-channels, including sell-in guidebook, go-to-market model, portfolio solution for various occasions in the sub-channel, pricing, investment model, customer priority, etc. •Create new products for culinary solution, to sell in eatery, theme park, and cinema customers •Create multiple Away from Home specialized packs, with clear pack price architecture •Design gift packs for workplace customers for employee benefits •Own campaign calendar and execute campaigns for national and regional key accounts •Coordinate customer marketing budgets This incumbent is an individual contributor with many complicated outputs, therefore, needs very high influencing power to have multi-functional team’s work for him/her. Also high communication skill to get inputs from various senior leaders. Responsibilities •Design product solution for various occasions in 15 sub-channels. Guide and lead sales to sell in optimal portfolio •Develop playbooks for 15 sub-channels and create tracking system to make sure playbook is followed by MUs and GTM team. Playbooks include who to play (customers priority), how to win (GTM model, perfect store, investment model, campaign support), and what to play (optimal portfolio solution, perfect store), etc. This works include getting inputs for best practices domestically and globally, logical thinking, and provide consultation. The work needs to engage 50+ sales and 30+ customers. •Own full year customer campaign calendar and execute campaigns, as an important tool to sell-in new customers for hunting and engaging existing global key accounts, as well as consumer education in the incremental AFH occasions. •Attend customers’ top to top meetings or important sell-in meetings to understand customers’ needs to develop corresponding PPA(price pack architecture), NPD, and occasion solutions. •Design and execute gift packs for customers’ employee benefits, which is one of most important channels, accounting for 20% business. •Develop perfect store playbook, and release every quarter. At the same time, own tracking system. •Own culinary solution, to translate culinary related idea into sellable products. And create menu for MUs and distributors to scale up. Also, host 5-10 workshops for key accounts such as KFC, Pizza Hut, Subway, top local QSRs, top tier milk tea shops (top 3 players with store over 100 thousand), and top 2 cinema players, for customized solutions. •Create away from home channel packs (5+ new packs per year) for all brands to avoid channel cross-sell in different price points. •Hold Away from Home A&M budget and coordinate for all customers and MU usage. •Cooperate with beverage team for PO1 solution •Collaborate with global team for forward looking culinary solution Qualifications •8+ years in Food and Beverage industry •5+ years strong sales or trade marketing background •Strong background in innovation, trade marketing, commercialization, or marketing experience •Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills •High degree of Planning and Execution Skills with detail oriented mindset •The ability to build up new business and ways of working from scratch.
