About the Role
We’re seeking passionate professionals with prior ABA experience to join our team as After-School ABA Therapists. In this impactful role, you’ll deliver one-on-one therapy to children on the autism spectrum in their homes. Your work will directly contribute to developing essential skills like communication, socialization, and behavior management.

What You’ll Do:

Implement personalized ABA therapy plans to help children achieve developmental milestones. Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage progress and skill-building. Collaborate with families and a BCBA Supervisor to ensure effective treatment strategies. Monitor and document each child’s progress during sessions.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in ABA therapy is required. High school diploma or equivalent. Patience, empathy, and a commitment to improving the lives of children with autism. Willingness to complete additional training if needed.

Important Details:

Services are delivered in clients’ homes or community-based locations. This is a part-time position with a minimum 6-month commitment.
