What You’ll Do
* Help children on the autism spectrum develop key life skills through personalized ABA therapy.
* Use fun, creative, and positive reinforcement techniques to foster progress.
* Collaborate with families to ensure continuity of care and tailor strategies to meet each child’s unique needs.
* Monitor progress and share valuable insights with a caring team led by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
What We’re Looking For
* A passion for working with children and a desire to make a difference.
* Previous experience in working with kids or a background in behavioral therapy is a plus (but not required).
* Strong communication skills to connect with children and families.
* A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to care.
* A high school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields is a bonus!).
