No Problem: We provide full training so you can succeed! Your Role: One-on-One ABA Services: Deliver personalized ABA interventions that promote independence and positive behaviors. Collaborative Team Member: Work directly with clients and families to implement individualized care and skill-building plans. Accurate Data Tracking: Use digital tools to record session data and monitor progress. Positive Learning Environment: Create a supportive, nurturing space for clients to thrive. Team Collaboration: Partner with families and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to continuously improve treatment plans. What We’re Looking For: A Passion for Helping Children: A genuine desire to support children with Autism and make a positive impact on their lives. Patience & Compassion: The ability to stay calm and collected, even in challenging situations. Willingness to Learn: We provide full training for all new team members – no prior ABA experience needed! Commitment: We’re looking for individuals who are ready to make a 6-month commitment to changing lives. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. A love for working with children and making a real difference in their lives. Ability to complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course (we’ll help you through it!). Important Details: Services are provided in clients' homes or in community settings. All positions start as part-time roles.
