What You’ll Do:

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients using evidence-based interventions. Help implement skill-building and care plans as part of a dynamic clinical team. Accurately record session data and foster a positive, engaging environment. Collaborate with families and supervisors to ensure effective treatment.

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma (or equivalent). Passion for working with children, especially those with Autism. Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in all situations. Willingness to complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course. A commitment to at least 6 months of making a difference.

Services are provided in clients’ homes or community locations. All positions start part-time.
