Aftermarket Administrator

Major duties
To support aftermarket sales for parts and service.
(1) Parts sales and Service support as administrator along with customers' requirements
(2) Communicate with customer, team members, 3PL and other related parties for proper business operation
(3) Documentation, filing and input data into AX ERP and Excell spread sheet, etc..
Requirements
*Essential
5years experience sales administrator/sales assistant
Good ability of internal/external communication and knowledge of sales process
English communication skill (beginner)
Accurate paperwork, logical thinking
Experience of MS Office Software, ERP software and standard office equipment
*Preferable
Ability of communication in English(middle/high)
Experiences of machinery business
Experience of Dynamics AX
Full of curiosity for human being, materials, machineries etc.
Education/experience
Bachelor of University or equivalent literary ability
No particular machinery business experiences
Training
3 month "O.J.T.", learning AX, MS software, job process and responsibilities step by step
