Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation
vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support
equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in
environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting
preserves.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the aftermarket service, warranty, vendor recovery and parts and sales team to exceed internal and external customer expectations to achieve department goals (revenue, NOP, etc.)
• Work in cross functional teams with legal, engineering and product management on product related issues in the field including quality concerns and product recalls.
• Record and monitor all claims and parts orders to ensure delivery of damaged or shorted parts to customers in a timely manner and review returned warranty parts to determine trends or patterns to better forecast warranty demands.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities and create solutions to facilitate a superior customer experience while acting as the customer service primary point of contact.
• Manage Aftermarket operational and strategic planning, including business requirements, project planning and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources.
• Foster talent development by supporting career path planning, management of performance objectives,
engagement, training, and onboarding of new hires.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Social Science, or related fieldrequired
Years of Experience: 10 plus years of progressive leadership experience required.
Software Knowledge: SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft applications
