What You'll Be Doing (Job Responsibilities)
Develop Service business and achieve high growth of Service Sales revenue (Spares and Contracts) in Thailand by engaging customers’ Technical and procurement functions for service contracts and spare orders. We will have monthly targets for order booking and shipping.
The activities involved in delivering the results will comprise of:
Convincing customers of Hach Service products and comparison with competition
On-time offer preparation for different types of opportunities – service contracts and spare parts
Replying queries to customers on offers
Ensuring order entering and booking in the system
Getting payments from the customers
Ensuring order shipment to the customer by working together with Finance and Supply Chain teams
Contact customers to understand their needs/requirements and propose Service solutions accordingly.
Maintain and explore Hach instrument install base for business opportunities.
Develop Service contract products and pricing.
Review and negotiation of Service contract term and conditions.
Use SFDC for effective funnel management and booking/shipment forecast.
Prepare booking/shipment data and monthly report.
Identify business growth opportunities and use PSP to address growth gaps.
Collect customer satisfaction feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Assist to develop Service job standard work, checklists, and relevant documentation
Implement initiative to generate opportunities for service contracts and spares business in Thailand market
Sales force.com data collection and putting together necessary data tables
Implementing daily analysis and driving Daily management/ visual management rhythms for booking-shipping -receivables
Other activities that may be assigned from times to times
What We Are Looking For (Skills & Qualifications)
Skills & Competence -
At least three years of experience preferably in the instrumentation industry and customer service
At least two years of experience in technical sales of items to customers (on-field or office-based job)
First preferred degree in engineering (Instrumentation, Chemical and allied streams)
Second preferred degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
Above average written and verbal communication skills in English
Soft Skills: -
Proactive and action-oriented (can do attitude)
Strong analytical skills
An eye for details and open minded
Strong negotiation skills
Teamwork and ability to work across cultures, locations and business teams
Medium level expertise in MS Excel & MS Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bonus to have experience using Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM tools
