Aftermarket Manager

The Aftermarket Manager will support the Excellerate Products division of FTI. This role will develop and execute programs for aftermarket services, including customer support, parts sales, and service contracts. This role will also oversee the development and implementation of warranty programs, product support policies, procedures, and best practices. This role will work closely with the product management, engineering, sales, service, procurement, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business financial goals are met.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree and/or additional technical certifications are a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in aftermarket management, preferably in the industrial electrical or data center sector.  Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Travel: 10-15%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelops and implements aftermarket sales strategies to achieve business financial targets.Manages the service and warranty execution to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.Builds strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.Identifies and pursues new aftermarket sales opportunities, including parts, service, and upgrades.Oversees inventory management to balance availability with cost efficiency.Leads, mentors, and develops a team of service and sales professionals to achieve company goals.Conducts market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitive offerings.Develops and implements strategic plans to grow the aftermarket segment of the business.Prepares and manages the aftermarket budget, ensuring financial targets are met.Produces regular reports on aftermarket performance, customer feedback, and market conditions.Identifies and advises on key product data required to improve warranty management or aftermarket sales .Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
